Amabuki Brewery, located in Saga Prefecture, Japan, specializes in utilising different types of flower and fruit yeasts to create distinct flavors and aromas in their sakes. The use of Apple yeast in this Junmai Daiginjo adds a unique character and prominent, fresh apple-like notes to the sake.

Apples blossom aromas are followed by full-bodied green apples juiciness. A great into to the Amabuki range.
