How does the Sake Pass work?
You receive a discount code to the email you provide at checkout which you can redeem against any purchase from our bottle shop over the next 12 months.
When will I receive my Sake Pass code?
Most codes will be generated within a few minutes but it can take up to 2 hours .
Can I send the Sake Pass as a gift?
Yes! At checkout just tick the box ‘this order is a gift’ and add the email address into the ‘Additional info’ box provided.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can use my code?
No limits but if we suspect suspicious purchase behaviour we reserve the right to cancel the codes
Can I use the code for a subscription?
Right now the Sake Pass is only for use in our bottle shop
Can I cancel my Sake Pass?
You can cancel your pass before you have redeemed your discount code for the first time, After using your code it is not possible to provide a refund until the end of the 12 months. You can cancel your Pass or annual renewal from within your account.
What does a 15% discount look like?
