Amabuki Brewery, located in Saga Prefecture, Japan, is known for incorporating various types of flower and fruit yeasts to create distinct flavors and aromas in their sakes. The use of Banana yeast in this Junmai Daiginjo brings a unique character and buckets of banana-like notes to the sake.

A light sweetness on the palate and a fresh, lively mouthfeel typical for Namazake (unpasteurised Sake). Try chilled with a slab or marbled beef steak or Chinese braised pork belly.
