Pretty rich yet delicate nose of lime chutney and fennel seeds. Pleasant and elegant acidity explode in the palate with the notes of yuzu and lemon curd. Completely different impression from the nose and the palate. It is quite complex sake yet smooth, pure and light. Skinny and long finish with a touch of cacao.
