A rice-based shochu, produced on a limited-run (just 400 bottles per year) and aged 7 years in Sherry casks previously used for whiskey. No surprise then to be met with luscious, whiskey-like aroma with distinct sherry notes. Sipping brings notes of vanilla, caramel, coffee and dark chocolate with a spicy nutmeg.
