While on first glance this might appear an ‘everyday Futsushu’, this sake is made in Nada (Hyogo) using high-quality Yamadanishiki rice. Complex yet smooth with hints of earth and spice. Pairs well with tempura, grilled seafood, yakitori, cheese and charcuterie.
